Strategy analysis and 45 min Skype review session with Alison

You’ll complete a SWOT analysis of your business then Alison will work with you on a plan to turn your weaknesses into strengths and put in place SMART objectives to keep you focused. This session is personal to you and your business, you can ask any questions or for advice on anything you want.

Personal behaviour profile

To understand your customers’ behaviour, you first need to understand your own. You’ll complete an online assessment and receive your own Ensize DISC Behaviour Profile. This will help you adapt your behaviour to that of your potential customers to increase the chance of conversion.

Bespoke Skype coaching with Alison - 5x45 min sessions

These sessions are tailored and specific to you. The five sessions can be used however you like, but we find it works best as one session per month.

The first session will focus on your personal SWOT analysis and debrief your Disc Behaviour Profile. Then Alison will look at what you want to achieve in your business and how you can get there. Together you will implement SMART objectives, which we’ll review in the following sessions.

The format of each session is driven by your individual challenges and goals. No two businesses or business-owners are the same, therefore we treat every client and their case as an individual and adapt our coaching style and approach to best meet your needs.

Bespoke Coaching with Alison, 1 full day or 2 half days

This session is tailored and specific to you. This session can be used split across one or two days, but we find it works best as one full day, allowing you to hit the ground running.

Prior to your full day session, you will have a Skype with Alison to focus on your personal SWOT analysis and debrief your Disc Behaviour Profile. Then Alison will look at what you want to achieve in your business and how you can get there. Together you will implement SMART objectives, which you will review on the VIP day.

The format of the session is driven by your individual challenges and goals. No two businesses or business-owners are the same, therefore we treat every client and their case as an individual and adapt our coaching style and approach to best meet your needs.

The VIP day itself will be held in a fantastic, yet intimate location (usually a 5-star hotel) suited to your location to ensure the best possible outcome of the day. Both lunch and refreshments will be provided.
